On Behalf keeps only what it needs to do the job: the supporter’s email address and first name as typed by the call centre’s agent, the dialler’s record number, when the email was sent and opened, and whether a gift came back. It is used only to send that charity’s approved email and to stop calling people who gave.

Charities’ mailbox logins and donation keys are stored on our own computer in Ireland and are never shown again after saving. Nothing is sold or shared.
