Your calls say “Suspected spam”.
The charity’s number never does.
People won’t answer a number they don’t know, and most phones now warn them off before they even look. On Behalf lets you call and email supporters as the charity itself, with its own phone number and its own email address, with the charity’s permission on record. Anyone who gives drops off your calling list the same minute.
What your agents hear every day
How it works
Send as the charity
The charity connects its own email address once. Your agent types the supporter’s email and presses Send. It arrives from the charity, sits in the charity’s sent folder, and replies go straight to them.
Call as the charity
We ring the charity’s number and read out a 4-digit code. They type it in. That is their permission on record, and your calls for them show their number.
Gave? Stop calling.
Every email carries a personal link to the charity’s own donation page. When the gift lands, that person comes off your calling list within a minute, or gets one thank-you call. The charity chooses.
Rang back? Ring them.
A supporter rings the charity back. The front desk types their number into one box and your dialler rings them straight back. No forwarding, no cost to the charity.
One number, for good
The charity gives you one number from its own range. It lives on your system: your agents answer it while a campaign runs, and it passes straight to the charity when it doesn’t.
Practice first
Every new account starts in practice mode. Try the whole thing with pretend supporters: nothing is emailed, nobody is rung, nothing is charged.
